These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Safe & Tie ("we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of safeandtie.com (the "Site") and any products you purchase through it.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications (like Working Load Limit and material grade), and images accurate. We don't warrant that they're error-free, and in the rare case of an error — including a pricing mistake — we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any order affected, with a full refund.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed.

Product availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we may accept or decline it at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we decline or cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment provider — we don't store your full card details.

You're responsible for any applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and remote or freight-only destinations can affect actual delivery time.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the carrier delivers the order to the shipping address you provided. Please inspect your shipment on arrival.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Our products — ratchet straps, chains, binders, winches, tarps, and related cargo control equipment — are rated for specific Working Load Limits (WLL) and intended uses. It's your responsibility to:

• Select equipment rated appropriately for your load
• Inspect gear before each use and retire anything worn, cut, or damaged
• Follow applicable DOT and industry regulations for load securement

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Safe & Tie name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe & Tie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including — but not limited to — cargo loss or damage resulting from product misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or improper installation.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Safe & Tie, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of any product purchased from us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted to this page. Continuing to use the Site or placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
