The 4" Ratchet Part with Flat Hook from Safe & Tie is the short end of a 4-inch ratchet strap, sold on its own so you can replace a worn ratchet and keep using your good strap. Each part has a heavy 4-inch steel ratchet, a short piece of polyester webbing and a flat hook, all sewn together in one piece. Hook it to the rub rail, feed any 4-inch strap through the slot and tighten as usual. Pick Yellow, Blue or Red to match the straps you already carry or to sort your set by truck or driver.
